Our all favorite radio is on a new track with launching new prospects for the people holding vigorous interest in booming Indian property market. The initiative to come up with such ear catching turn on is first made by 94.3 FM with an announcement of launching “Kahani Ghar Ghar Ki”. Following in the footprints is 98.3 Radio Mirchi with another radio program based on the same theme – catering to demanding needs of property seekers and investors. The show has been named as “Ghosle Ki Khoj” and will be on air from 13 January.

Indian radio industry seem to be impressed by the world famous real estate radio show “Ask Real Estate Radio” hosted by Real Estate home mortgage experts Craig Goebbel and co-host George Pilant of ReMax.

Amidst such a fizzy and hot environment created by booming Indian real estate sector, such shows will provide all listeners to count on insightful guidance that is right on objective. They also boast of providing useful advice and up to the minute information about present day’s real estate scenario and property loan market. And, the RJs will be addressing critical availability of proper infrastructure, public utilities and other basic amenities like availability of water, electricity, parking, etc. in developed and fast developing places. It may be Gurgaon, Manesar, Kundli, Noida, Greater Noida, or any of the cities enjoying being developers’ favorites nowadays.

Real estate sector has always held the distinctive distinction of being extremely stressful as well as lucrative at the same time. At times, situations like property prices going down and bonusing up, where to invest, and which pre-launch project to choose can become nerve racking for any of us. These are the circumstances when we want to let it all go and relax ourselves a little.
