Ansal Housing and Construction Ltd. (AHCL), a well-known Delhi based real estate developer, got the license for the development of two Mega Townships in the state of Haryana.
The first residential township will come up in Rewari in Haryana and spread over a large area of 100 acres. AHCL expects the project to generate a turnover of Rs 150 crore in the next two three years.
Another Township offering lavish housing options will grace Karnal, a historical district of Haryana. This project will be built in the 98 acres. Karnal is located at a distance of 125 km from Delhi and Chandigarh on National Highway – I.
The project is likely to generate the revenue of Rs 250 crore over the next three-four years. Both the townships will be named as ‘Ansal Town’ and will be constructed as integrated Townships.
At this point of time, AHCL is not revealing any more information about the projects but will reveal soon, says a company official close to the development.
