Indiabulls Real Estate Acquires Catherine Builders and Developers Pvt Ltd

Indiabulls Infrastructure Ltd has got hold of Catherine Builders and Developers Pvt Ltd from DLF Home Developers Ltd, as said by Indiabulls Real Estate Pvt Ltd.
Catherine which has a 50 per cent stake in Kenneth Builders & Developers Pvt Ltd had earlier acquired a bid to develop a residential project in New Delhi.
The remaining 50 per cent stake in Kenneth is owned by a wholly-owned unit of Indiabulls Infrastructure, which will now have 100 per cent stake in Kenneth.
