MVL to Develop Rs 3000 mn Township Project in Yamunanagar

Media Video Ltd under its real estate division is coming up with a 124 acres modern township ‘RIVERCITY’ in Yamuna Nagar, Haryana. MVL has gained an excellent rapport of being the only real estate company in the area to offer international standards, self sufficient Modern Township which envisages at transforming lifestyles.
The Township will feature both the residential and commercial premises. The residential segment will include built up villas, freehold plots and an exclusive residential complex with a total sizeable space of 5.5 million sq ft. Data showcased by the report compiled by Trammel Crow Meghraj, Yamunanagar has set itself in growth orbit of commerce and industry with a considerable number of large corporate houses from paper, sugar, distillery, stainless steel sectors having their establishments set in the town.
As such, the growth of the place will certainly get a push by the upcoming Thermal Power Plant by Reliance Energy Limited. The Township by MVL will come up in vicinity to existing H.S.I.D.C Industrial Estate and proposed Industrial Model Town (IMT). Thus, Yamunanagar is rising as a lucrative investment destination.
With an increasing demand for residential spaces, the company has queued up to grab the opportunity fast. MVL has already acquired the land for the development of ‘Rivercity’. With an array of top notch facilities and well planned infrastructure, the proposed Township will certainly attract the interests from the customers. With such a project, MVL seeks to offer lifestyle solutions which will bring the best in design, planning, aesthetics, and execution.
