Parsvnath launches residential project

India’s leading real estate developer Parsvnath Developers Ltd. recently announced the launch of a new residential project at Moradabad. The project ‘Parsvnath Residency’ has been built with the objective of providing luxurious living to the buyers. The company plans to pump about Rs 15 crore in the property for which construction has already started and is scheduled to be completed by end 2010. Parsvnath Residency will have 66311 sq. ft of saleable area, offering 34 luxurious units. According to market experts, the latest launch will reinforce the confidence of buyers in company, who are wishing for a metropolitan lifestyle. The project will also help Parsvnath Developers to strengthen its footprint in the district.
