Indore to See Its First Mega Township

A mega township is soon to come up in Indore with the foreign investment of Rs 750 crore. This residential complex boasts of being the first-of-its kind in Madhya Pradesh.

The project will be a joint venture between the Fire Capital Private Limited, a real estate private equity fund and the K M Jhaveri Group.

Named as the ‘Silver Spring’, this mega township will come up over a large area of 137 acres of land on Bypass Road, the hotspot of mega residential projects in Indore.

Considering the growth rate of real estate in countries like China, Brazil, Taiwan, it is 15 per cent per year. However, India is still to catch up the pace as it is as low as 4 per cent.  More foreign real estate projects are likely to land in the country soon, says Shivraj.

The township is strategically designed to cater to requirements of expanding IT industry in Indore and accommodate about 25000 IT employees.

The township will not be limited to a specific housing model. It will have residential low houses, multi storey apartments, mid rise apartments, terrace cottages, and independent villas. A glitzy shopping mall, hotel, health care facilities, school, and religious centers will be extra add-ons gracing the beauty of the township.
