The growing demand for professionalism has given a push to competitiveness in real estate sector. Encouraged by the same, major real estate companies are considering to introduce advanced in-house training programmes for their employees.
These companies have invited industry experts to provide training and teach managerial skills to the employees which will now be a critical part of the initiatives undertaken by firms. These connoisseurs will also participate in recruitment programmes.
Prominent real estate companies such as Parsvnath Developers, Unitech, Ansal API organize such intensive training programs from time to time. Staying in step with changing dynamics of the realty sector, these training programs nurture the trainees’ technical and behavioral skills.
Unitech has recently invited plumbing technicians from New Zealand to train its employees and contractors. The company regularly invites experts from Australia, New Zealand, and UK for technique training methods. It also has launched a new inductee programme which will help the staff to learn about different technical and non-technical issues.
Close by heels is Parsvanth Developers, a real estate company that always stresses on human resource development. The company understands the value of proper management and the need to translate it to the grass root level. We also call experts from the industry regularly to train its employees, says Pradeep Jain, Chairman, Parsvnath Developers.
