The city of Bangalore has always been attracting a lot of attention from potential investors who set their eyes on this fast flourishing metro to pump in money in real estate here.

Most people purchase the property with the pure intention of selling it in order to get more and more monetary gains in return. This is what encourages them to either let out their premises or lease it. Often touted as “Garden City of India”, Bangalore’s fascinating blossoms and luxuriant greenery were once known to render a vibrant charm to the city which has now taken over by burgeoning software industry and multitude of shopping arcades.

From a quite city to tinsel town, Bangalore may be losing out to Pune if International studies and reports on Real Estate and Property are to be taken into serious consideration. The city is still a paradise for the property developers, with ever increasing demand for commercial as well as residential properties surging to record high.

Most realty biggies have businesses in Bangalore and include the Brigade Group with projects in Whitefield, Malleswaram-Rajajinagar, and Old Madras Road. Likewise, HM group is ready to establish a substantial presence with a luxurious residential complex coming up 1.8 kms from SarjapuraRd and near Hosur Rd.

With property in Bangalore seeing appreciation quite rapidly, the property boom is further fuelled by the emergence of this city as IT hub as well as a retail destination in recent years. Apart from BPOs, several giant conglomerates like Toyota, Volvo, Accenture, Royal Dutch Shell, Spirit Aero Siemens and WindRiver Systems are planning to spread their wings to Bangalore.

Prices may not escalate at a rapid pace because the geographical demand and supply are not being matched as it needs to be. Such a problem is not peculiar to Bangalore alone. However, the town planning and development authorities are to blame for this that lack to sketch long term plans for the cities’ growth. With the proper initiation of the government, the city can have an improved scenario.
