Residential Complex: AVS Developers will soon be coming up with a residential complex at Koba, Gandhinagar.

IT Parks in Gandhinagar: Raheja Group has plans to develop an IT park near Gandhinagar drawing investment plans of Rs. 3,000 million. Following in footsteps is the real estate giant, DLF, which has also bought a land near Gandhinagar for the construction of another IT park.

With reviewing the progress made in the implementation of IT sector and leading footsteps of competitor, other real estate biggies such as Emmar Group is also planning to jump in the race soon. The group is holding talks with the State Government to develop an IT park on the Gandhinagar knowledge corridor.

Development of SEZs: While Kalika Construction is planning for an IT SEZ near Gandhinagar with an investment of Rs. 3,500 million, Adani Infotech is setting up an IT SEZ encompassing an area of 50 acres involving an investment of Rs. 4,000 million.

Ganesh Housing has also identified land in Gandhinagar for another IT SEZ to spread over an area of 120 acres.
