Haryana, a north Indian state, is flanked by Uttar Pradesh in the east, Punjab in the west, Himachal Pradesh in the north and Rajasthan in the south. And its proximity to the Indian capital, Delhi, has just added to its advantage.Haryana, that has rich historical past, became a state in 1966 with Union territory Chandigarh, situated at the foothills of Shivalik Mountain, as its capital. It also serves as the capital of Punjab.

Being a neighborhood state of national capital, Delhi, Haryana is just growing at the same pace at which Delhi is growing, which can be witness in cities like Gurgaon, Faridabad and Manesar.

The city, which is also the district headquarter, is just 32-km from Delhi making it a paradise for real estate developers, who have come up with some of the masterpiece architectural commercial houses, apartments and villas that have just the enhanced landscape of this city.

Gurgaon real estate trend has equal space for both residential and commercial purposes. Generally, that’s rare to find in major cities as people tend to opt for homes from the hustle and bustle of the city life. But considering the vast tract of land available with Gurgaon, both the purpose is solved.

There is space for everyone—a smooth drive on the wide roads of Gurgaon will reflect that. At one corner one will be mesmerized by the high-rising apartments, while the villas on the other side of road might make you wonder whether you are in India or in some counties of England.

Faridabad is not as hot and happening as Gurgaon in the Indian real estate sector. But of late, it too has started attracting major real estate developers who see cheap land prices of Faridabad compare to Gurgaon as the major factor that will attract people to opt for Faridabad considering the soaring property rates in Gurgaon.

There is a sea of new projects coming up in Haryana especially in cities that are close to the national capital, Delhi. Everyday the property dealers or firms involved in the real estate business wake up smiling reading that another new project has been inked.

Eros Group has just bought five-acre plot of land for a Rs. 255.2 crore to build a five-star hotel in Sector-47 of Gurgaon.

Parsvnath Developers will be building a multimedia-cum film city centre in Chandigarh in 36 acre plot at an estimated cost of Rs. 800 crore.

Bevy of companies are flocking Gurgaon to construct slew of specialty malls.

The state will see the construction of the 135km long Kundli-Manesar-Palwal (KMP) expressway, considered to be India’s longest and most expensive expressway to be constructed at a whooping cost of Rs 1,800 crore.
