The SVP Group is planning to construct a 200,000 sq.ft. shopping mall in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, at a whopping investment of Rs. 160 crore. To be called as “The Opulent”, the mall will have 145,000 sq.ft of retail space, a multiplex and a food court.
