Ansals to Start Sales Office in NY

Delhi based Ansal Housing, is coming up with a sales office in New York for Indian Americans who are interested to make investments in India’s burgeoning real estate sector.

Property boom is not just restricted to Indian metros. It has shown its potential in tier-II and Tier-III cities as well. This is attracting more and more property buyers to come forward and invest, thereby pushing the growth of economy. Indian property market is equally wooing foreign investors.

The North America office will be a conduit to attract investments into residential and commercial projects by Ansals across India.

The proposed office will liaison with Ansal appointed brokers and real estate agents in North America. These agents will target all geographical regions with a strong Indian American presence.

Indian government has relaxed property investment norms for NRIs, thereby paving ways for their active support. Now, NRIs can invest in both residential and commercial properties in India.
