CREDAI Appoints Mangalore Chairman

The Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CRDAI) which is the apex body of the private real estate developers has come to Mangalore. The Mangalore chapter was opened recently here in which the chairman of top real estate developers Mahabeleshwara builders Mr. K.C.Nayak took over as the chairman of the Mangalore chapter. CREDAI plays an important role in setting up bench marks in credible real estate dealings and developing real estate, said the vice president of All India CREDAI Mr. Irfan Razak on this occasion. He said the CREDAI gives guidance and advise to the families and individuals who want to build their own homes, the CREDAI has now started expanding its network into tier two cities where the second line of real estate development was taking place.

National chairman of the CREDAI, Kumar Gera said real estate business was one of the engines of economic growth of the country and CREDAI give with its expertise give legitimacy to the real estate business he added. He said the CREDAI has active relationship with the land developers and real estate firms and improves their outlook. Chairman of the CREDAI Karnataka Raj Menda urged the builders to keep development of environment along with the development of land and real estate. Every builder should plant trees in their premises and make them grow, he said.

Taking over as the chairman of the Mangalore chapter of CREDAI, Mr. K.C. Nayak appealed to the builders to co-operate with the local bodies such as Mangalore City Corporation, Mangalore Urban Development Authority and NGOs to help building a safe and beautiful Mangalore. Many other builders like Dharmaraj of Mohtisham group, Erol Pinto, Manmohan Noronha, M.R. Shanta Shetty, Dheeraj Amin, B.R. Somayaji, Dr. B. Mehta and others were present on the occasion
