Era Landmarks (India) Limited (ELIL), a part of the renowned Era Group has commenced Rs 6000 million realty projects in Meerut. The whopping investment is used in the development of two integrated Townships, an exclusive shopping mall, and a multiplex.
The residential project in Meerut will include two townships – Era Aspen Garden and Era Gardenia Estate. And the mall will be named as ‘Era Mall’.
ELIL is primarily targeting the middle and upper middle class.
Spread over a large area of 60 acres, Era’s Aspen Garden boasts to be a contemporary English suburbia. In an effort to render a gothic and unique English look, the villas and townships are designed on the lines of Gothic Architecture.
Taking a view at Era’s Gardenia Estate, the township has been designed by famous architects Synergy International and offers theme based villas created using the architecture style of the American suburban. Both the Townships are in development phase and scheduled to be over by the first quarter of 2008.
Built with an investment of Rs 500 million, Era Mall will be exclusive in its own style and feature the world class brands, thereby rendering the urban shopping experience to Meerut denizens.
Such developments clearly underline the growing real estate in smaller cities and towns. Enjoying the advantage of being in proximity to the NCR, Meerut no more bears the image of being a small town. Indeed, the city is now sought as one of the significant real estate investment destinations, says Mr. Krishna Kant, Chief Executive Officer, Era Landmarks (India) Ltd.
