IDEB Bags Pune Road Project worth Rs 126 cr

IDEB Projects Pvt. Ltd. has recently bagged a project for the development of Pune Road SH-60 on BOT basis under the support of Public Works Department of Maharashtra. It includes constructing 5 major bridges including one grade separator. Further, there will be 92 Pipe culverts, 27 Slab culverts and 37 Minor bridges.

This Bangalore based engineering construction and property development company is running operations in Engineering Construction, Manufacturing, Hospitality and Real Estate.

It has over 8 million ft of Real Estate Development in the segments like IT parks, apartments, malls, and engineering construction of toll roads, metro rail and bridges across 12 locations thereby making rapid strides in realty sector.

IDEB had its first Industrial Estate spread over a large area of 150 acres in Kashipur, Uttranachal. It is to begin work for the development of Phase II of the Industrial Estate which was scheduled for April 2007.  The company has already acquired 200 acres for the same.

Other projects are targeted for the construction of 58 kms, 4 lane highway at Patiala –Nabha-Maler Kotla, Punjab. The range of the work will comprise design, development, operation, and maintenance on Build Own Transfer basis for the Punjab Government.
