With property prices in India going through the roof, a city based firm has come out as a savior and claims to offer much cheaper properties in London, Dubai, and New Zealand.

Ace International, the known real estate promoter, has put up for sale of 200 plots, some 20-25 kms off Central London and 12 kms from Heathrow airport. A 2000-4000 sq ft plot is easily available for around Rs 15-20 lakh, which is believed to be cheaper than the ones available in Chennai suburbs.

There is absolutely no recall of any such incident when any promoter is taking up the marketing jobs in other countries, says V Santhanraman, director of the firm. Plots offered by some of the prominent builders in London such as UK land Investments and Marc Properties have been marketed by ACE International.

The firm has taken up the marketing of hotels in countries including China, Malaysia, and Singapore, and buildings for educational and other purposes like plantations was approached by the London developers, added Santhanraman.

Buying capacity of the Indian consumer is improving with each growing day. Also, the globalised economy has facilitated the free purchase and sale.

The firm also helps its customers to solve their government and legal tangles concerning the purchase, resale, and development of plots.
