Development of real estate in Maharashtra especially the residential segment is on high these days. With the first 22 storey residential complex to come up over a large area of 400 acre in Hadapsar, the state is soon to add a new leaf in the heritage of history of gleaming skyscrapers.
The complex is promoted by City Group, the leading real estate promoters and builders in Maharashtra and believed to be the state’s first skyscraper outside Mumbai.
The building which is to be christened as Amanora Park Town will be a unique, exclusive and first ever complete township project in the state of Maharashtra, under Govt. of Maharashtra’s special Township Policy.
The Town will feature 10 towers, each between 18 storeys to 22 storeys high, says Aniruddh Deshpande, the promoter of City Corporation.
To be constructed with an investment of Rs. 9000 crore, the complex will feature its own 100 MW power plant, a railway station, and it will known as the digital city.
There will be a total of 16,000 apartments in ten 18 to 22 storey towers designed by the Singapore based architects P&T Consultants Pte Ltd. The distribution goes like this: 680 apartments of two bedrooms, two and a half bedroom, three bedroom, three and a half bedroom and four bedroom luxury apartments. The building will be build over the next 2 years.
The corporation has got an approval from the railway authorities for the development of a railway station, says Deshpande.
The residents will be provided with a stunning array of modern amenities including smart cards to shop for groceries, paying with thumbprint, monitoring health profiles, and home protection through a laptop.
The Township would have a 999 year renewable lease which would not exploit the rights of Township residents who would be able to buy or sell property and enjoy ownership rights, adds Deshpande.
