Ireo Launches Ireo Uptown, a New premium Development in Gurgaon

Encouraged by the success of its maiden project, The Grand Arch, Ireo, the largest foreign direct investment (FDI) from a private equity fund dedicated to the Indian real estate sector and an integrated real estate development company has launched Ireo Uptown, a new premium development in Gurgaon.

Priced at Rs 3,800, per sq ft, the project will offer a wide choice of two, three and four-bedroom apartments spread across five towers. There would be 534 apartments on offer with sizes ranging between 1,430 sq ft and 2,012 sq ft. Spread over 11 acres, about 84 per cent of the project would have exquisitely landscaped lawns with abundant greenery and large open spaces. The lawns would have an organic fruit orchard and a herb section aimed at promoting healthy lifestyle for the residents. Situated in Sector 66, near Golf Course Road and close to the Delhi Metro line extension, the premium township would have quick and easy connectivity to Delhi airport and NCR. The project is expected to be ready for occupation by 2012.

Ireo Uptown would offer villa-like apartments with three open sides, spacious balconies, latest generation VRF (variable refrigerant flow technology) air-conditioning systems, modular kitchens, high speed elevators and ample recesses for storage among other features. The complex would have a full feature clubhouse equipped with a gym, swimming pool with a pool-side cafe, a 24×7 coffee bar, squash court, snooker room, table tennis, basket ball court, badminton courts, video games room, kids play room, yoga/dance studio, foot reflexology zone, and a multi-purpose party room. Outdoor recreational facilities will include a jogging trail and a fitness walk.

A host of other social infrastructure amenities, including kids school, kindergarten crèche, children’s play area and convenience shopping centre “will add to the appeal of Ireo Uptown,” according to Lalit Goyal, vice-chairman and managing director, Ireo. On the target clientle, Goyal said, “Young executives, double-income couples and senior MNC officials are increasingly looking for premium accommodation that does not compromise on quality and are close to workplaces.” As most of them are globetrotters, they aspire for top-of-the-line accommodation back home, he added.

Ireo director Varun Khanna said, “The three-side open apartments with extra high ceiling are designed to give residents a feeling of living in villas. The VRFT energy efficient air conditioning system with unique built-in cooling and heating capabilities will provide uniform room temperature, offering a comfortable environment all through the year and a saving of 30% in power bills”.
