Jones Lang LaSalle Meghraj, the company which has recently bagged status of being the largest real estate service firm, has come up with a three pronged strategy for Indian realty.
The firm is preparing itself to offer significant services covering the crucial segments of real estate – commercial, residential, retail and hospitality to developers in tier II and tier III cities.
However, JLL Meghraj has already carved out a significant niche in the emerging cities like Coimbatore, Kochi, and Chandigarh.
Having offices in ten cities and more than 2,800 employees in India, the firm is also pondering upon to bring in international mall management business into the country to professionalize malls.
Also, the company will bring in the Jones Lang LaSalle hotel divisions from US to India to offer hospitality services to prominent hotel developers in India, apart from those chains that are considering making BIG in Indian hospitality sector, informs Anuj Puri, chairman and country head, JLL-Meghraj.
