Real estate of Kolkata is really booming. There was a time when people had very few options of blocks for moving to places like Embypass, Rajarhat, etc.

The upper limits of these prices should easily be 500 – 1000 rupees more. This table seems severly underpriced. This is what my finding is from a personal survey of properties in Kolkata during January of 2007 – and prices are not dropping. People should not take this table as benchmark and plan accordingly.

I will be interested to understand the growth in Real estate prices in the table of locations as above – say over the past 24 months.
Also can you bring out Rajarhat real estate proces, and how does it compare wrt Salt Lake commercial and residential property prices ?

I am looking for residential plotted property in Salt Lake in the aforesaid range of Rs. 1600-2100 per sq ft (as stated in the above table). However, I am finding availability in the range of Rs. 11600-12100 per sq ft.I think ur article is now outdated, else there is a typo-error and the Rs.11600-12100 range has been misspelt as 1600-2100 range lol.
