Real estate of Kolkata is really booming. There was a time when people had very few options of blocks for moving to places like Embypass, Rajarhat, etc.
The upper limits of these prices should easily be 500 - 1000 rupees more. This table seems severly underpriced. This is what my finding is from a personal survey of properties in Kolkata during January of 2007 - and prices are not dropping. People should not take this table as benchmark and plan accordingly.

I will be interested to understand the growth in Real estate prices in the table of locations as above - say over the past 24 months.
Also can you bring out Rajarhat real estate proces, and how does it compare wrt Salt Lake commercial and residential property prices ?
